General Return Terms 

• Before returning a product or an order, an RMA number must be requested from us to properly process your return. Orders that are returned to us without authorization may encounter refund or processing delays. We cannot guarantee that we will contact you in the event of an unauthorized return. 
• Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund in the event that the described reason for return does not match the condition of the returned item. 
• By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that your address is accessible by the shipping carrier. In the event of a missed delivery or shipping attempt, you agree to contact the shipping carrier to either reschedule delivery or attempt a pick-up from the nearest available location. 
• Orders that have elapsed the number of shipping attempts and are sent back to us will not be refunded any applicable shipping fees.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and are for services provided by the shipping carrier.

 

Product Returns 

• Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days
• Return labels are provided for a nominal fee, though returns initiated due to a fault in manufacturing or workmanship are provided for free.
