Free Shipping Terms
- Free ground shipping over $50 applies only to orders in the 48 contiguous United States. Due to weight limits and limited availability of shipping couriers that service areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we are not able to extend free shipping to these locations. Additionally, certain oversized items (such as bubble wrap) are only available for local pickup.
General Shipping Terms
- Delivery timelines are approximate and consist of processing time + estimated shipping time. Most orders are processed same day but may take up to 2 business days; shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method selected.
- Shipments are processed on business days beginning on Monday and ending on Friday, excluding holidays and other cultural events.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and are for services provided by the shipping carrier
Domestic Shipping
- Standard shipping methods may take anywhere from 1-5 days and will vary based on processing time, distance and selected shipping carrier. In the event the shipping carrier is not specified, we will select the shipping provider that can best meet the estimated delivery time.
- Extended delivery timelines may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Delivery surcharges or size limitations may apply for packages shipping to P.O Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Expedited shipping methods may take anywhere from 1-3 days and do not include processing times.
- Extended delivery times may apply for packages sent to P.O. Boxes and other rural areas.
- Delivery surcharges or size limitations may apply for packages shipping to P.O Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping
- International shipping methods may take up to 2 weeks and may be extended depending on customs and other delays. Once the package has been tendered from a domestic shipping carrier to an international shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the tracking number.
- We are not responsible for any duty fees, tariffs, import taxes, or any other fees or taxes levied by customs that your package may be subjected to.
